2nd Annual Strawberry Festival at Hand Picked... Tickets

By attending the 2nd Annual Strawberry Festival hosted by Hand Picked Nursery on Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., you agree to the following terms and conditions: Admission is free, and the festival will take place rain or shine. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and safely at all times, and children must be supervised by a parent or guardian. Participation in event activities is at your own risk. Hand Picked Nursery is not responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or lost or stolen items that may occur during the event. Photography and videography may take place throughout the festival. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in promotional materials, including social media, marketing, and future event promotions. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, outside food or beverages (unless required for medical reasons). Pets must be on leashes at all times. All purchases made with food vendors or other participating vendors are the sole responsibility of the attendee. Hand Picked Nursery is not liable for the quality, safety, or services provided by third-party vendors. Health and safety guidelines will be observed. Guests who are feeling unwell are encouraged to stay home. Hand Picked Nursery reserves the right to modify the event schedule, rules, or activities, or to cancel the event if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
