Admission Admission is valid for all three event days. Tickets are non-transferable. Re-Entry Please have your hand stamped for same-day re-entry. Re-entry is permitted throughout the weekend when you exchange your ticket for a next-day pass at the gate. Weather & Event Changes This is an indoor, rain-or-shine event. Event hours, entertainment, or layout may change due to weather or circumstances beyond our control. Refund Policy Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of full event cancellation. Conduct For the safety and enjoyment of all, Castleberry Fairs reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to artisans, staff, or other guests. Liability Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event. Castleberry Fairs & Festivals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Photography & Media Photography and video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. Attendance constitutes consent to be photographed or recorded. Pets Pets are not permitted at indoor events. Service animals trained to assist a person with a disability are permitted in accordance with the ADA.
