TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing, accepting, or using a ticket to the Spokane Renaissance Faire (“Event”), all attendees agree to the following Terms & Conditions. The Spokane Renaissance Faire is produced by Spokane Entertainers Guild (“SEG”).
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Attendees understand that the Event is an outdoor public event involving uneven terrain, large crowds, weather exposure, live entertainment, theatrical effects, prop weapons, animals, food and beverage service, and other inherent risks associated with festivals and renaissance fairs.
By attending, attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and attendance, including risk of personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted under Washington State law, attendees release and hold harmless Spokane Entertainers Guild, its directors, officers, volunteers, staff, contractors, vendors, performers, sponsors, venue partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from attendance at or participation in the Event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE
By entering the Event grounds, attendees grant Spokane Entertainers Guild and its representatives permission to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture their likeness, voice, image, and appearance.
Attendees acknowledge and agree that such media may be used by SEG for promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, website, archival, and other lawful purposes in any format or medium, without compensation, approval rights, or additional permission.
WEAPONS POLICY
All weapons, prop weapons, and costume weapons must be declared and peace tied upon entry.
SEG reserves the right to inspect any item brought onto Event grounds and to prohibit any item deemed unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, or disruptive.
Attendees who fail to comply with weapons policies or staff instructions may be denied entry or removed from the Event without refund.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, volunteers, performers, vendors, and fellow patrons.
Harassment, threats, abusive behavior, fighting, intoxicated misconduct, discrimination, stalking, unsafe conduct, or disruption of Event operations will not be tolerated.
SEG reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inconsistent with the safety and enjoyment of the Event.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY OR REMOVE ATTENDEES
SEG reserves the right to refuse admission to, deny entry to, or remove any individual from the Event at its sole discretion for safety, security, policy enforcement, operational concerns, or disruptive behavior.
Removed individuals may be escorted from the premises and may not be entitled to a refund.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued except as required by law or as determined solely by SEG.
The Event may proceed rain or shine.
MINORS
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the conduct and safety of minors in their care.
ALCOHOL & ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
No outside alcohol or illegal substances are permitted on Event grounds.
SEG reserves the right to deny entry to or remove individuals who appear intoxicated, impaired, or in violation of applicable laws or venue policies.
EVENT CHANGES
SEG reserves the right to modify Event programming, schedules, entertainment, vendors, operating hours, or attractions without prior notice.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By purchasing or using a ticket and entering the Event grounds, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
