Wire Wrapping Class – Terms & Conditions **1. Ticket Purchase & Reservation** Your ticket secures one seat in the scheduled wire wrapping class. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. **2. Payment Policy** Full payment is required to reserve your seat. No seats will be held without payment. **3. Refund Policy** All ticket sales are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person with at least 24 hours’ notice. **4. Rescheduling** If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to a future class (one time only) with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduled classes must be used within 60 days. **5. Class Materials** Basic materials and tools needed for the class will be provided unless otherwise stated. Any specialty upgrades or additional crystals may be available for purchase. **6. Arrival Time** Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Late arrivals may miss important instruction and class time will not be extended. **7. Age Requirement** Participants must be at least [insert age, e.g., 12+] unless otherwise specified. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. **8. Liability Waiver** By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that wire wrapping involves the use of tools and materials. Tailored Wellness is not responsible for minor injuries resulting from tool use. Participants agree to follow safety instructions at all times. **9. Media Release** Photos and videos may be taken during class for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us before class begins. **10. Class Cancellations** Tailored Wellness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a transfer to a future date.
