This event is hosted at Cliffism’s Sports Bar & Grill and operates under the venue’s established policies and guidelines. By attending or participating in Juneteenth Kickoff Karaoke Night, attendees agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. All attendees must follow the rules, policies, and guidelines established by Cliffism’s management and staff while on the premises. 2. Compliance with Venue Staff Attendees must comply with all instructions provided by Cliffism’s staff, security personnel, and event organizers. Cliffism’s management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual from the premises for behavior that violates venue policies. 3. Personal Responsibility Attendees are responsible for their own conduct while attending the event. Band of Brothers Augusta and Juneteenth Augusta organizers are not responsible for personal belongings, lost items, or incidents that occur on the premises. 4. Alcohol Consumption Alcohol service and consumption are regulated solely by Cliffism’s Sports Bar & Grill in accordance with local and state laws. Attendees must comply with all applicable laws and venue policies regarding alcohol service. 5. Photo & Media Release By attending the event, participants grant permission to Band of Brothers Augusta and Juneteenth Augusta organizers to photograph or record portions of the event for promotional, marketing, or community awareness purposes. 6. Event Changes Event organizers reserve the right to modify event details, schedules, or programming if necessary.
