Set up will start at least 2.5 hours before opening time. No vehicles on grass, must unload, park vehicle then set up booth. Tents, tables are not provided, tents must be properly staked/ weighted, tables must be covered to the ground. Tables can be rented for the day. The rain date is Sunday. If both days are rained out there are no refunds or credits. This fair benefits the Greenport Boy Scouts. Approval is at the discretion of the promoter.
