By submitting an application and/or participating in Wine, Words & Wild Stories at Wildside Winery, authors agree to the following: 1. Curation & Selection This is a curated event limited to 12 authors. Authors are selected based on genre balance, audience appeal, and overall fit with the event. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. 2. Participation There is no fee to participate in this event. Accepted authors are expected to actively engage with guests throughout the event. 3. Event Hours & Setup The room will be open for author setup beginning at 11:00 AM. All authors must be fully set up and ready by 12:00 PM. Authors are required to remain open and present from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Early breakdown is not permitted. 4. Tables & Displays Each accepted author will be provided space for a table and chair. Authors are responsible for their own books, displays, signage, and materials. 5. Sales & Transactions Authors are solely responsible for running their own transactions, including payment processing and applicable taxes. Wildside Winery does not handle or mediate book sales. 6. Family-Friendly Standard Wildside Winery is a family-friendly venue. All displayed materials, signage, and interactions must be appropriate for a general audience. 7. Conduct Authors are expected to engage respectfully with guests, staff, and fellow participants. Failure to comply with event guidelines may result in removal from the event. 8. Photography & Promotion The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Authors grant permission for images of their participation, table, and books to be used in marketing materials. 9. Agreement Submission of an application constitutes agreement to all terms and conditions listed above.
