Samplings of FOOD AND SIPS HAVE ENDED AT 8:00 PM. NO FREE FOOD AND DRINK OPTIONS AVAILABLE. This is a ticketed event only. A ticket must be purchased to enter the event and to enter. 21+ TO ENTER. Proper identification required. This is an Adult Only Event All ticket sales are non-refundable, non-transferrable and ticket holders cannot re-enter the event. Please make sure the name on the ticket matches your identification. Eventeny does not allow age restrictions for ticket sales. If you are not 21 and purchase a ticket, you will not be allowed into the event. Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. The event will occur rain or shine. Accordingly, there shall be no refunds, rainchecks, exchanges, or replacements of tickets. Outside alcohol is not permitted. The event organizer reserves the right to search bags and personal property prior to entry. By entering the event, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur, and your entry constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded, and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the event. By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video, or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement, or for any fees for use of such record media. You understand that all photography, filming, and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
