Children’s Veg Fest Terms and Conditions: By attending Children’s Veg Fest, you agree to the following: General Admission- Entry to the event is at your own discretion. All guests must follow event guidelines and directions from staff and volunteers to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Children and Supervision- Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Health and Safety- Guests participate in all activities, including yoga, movement sessions, and food tastings, at their own risk. Please notify staff of any injuries, allergies, or medical concerns. While vendors may offer allergen friendly foods, we cannot guarantee an allergen free environment. Food and Vendors- All food is prepared by independent vendors. Children’s Veg Fest is not responsible for food preparation, ingredient accuracy, or any reactions that may occur. Photography and Media- By attending, you grant permission for photos and videos taken at the event to be used for promotional and marketing purposes. Respectful Environment- We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive space. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the event without refund. Personal Belongings- Children’s Veg Fest is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep track of your belongings. Weather and Changes- This is a rain or shine event unless otherwise stated. Event details are subject to change as needed for safety or logistical reasons. Liability Waiver- By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Children’s Veg Fest, its organizers, partners, and volunteers from any liability for injury, loss, or damages.
