Vendor Terms & Conditions Mother’s Market at Wildside Winery May 9–10, 2026 Wildside Winery | Versailles, KY By submitting a vendor application, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Vendor Selection & Curation Mother’s Market at Wildside Winery is a curated event. Vendors are selected to create a balanced, high-quality marketplace that complements the atmosphere, theme, and guest experience. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Wildside Winery reserves the right to limit duplicate vendors and product categories to ensure variety. 2. Vendor Fees & Payment All vendor fees are clearly listed within the Eventeny application. If accepted, vendor fees will be processed immediately through Eventeny at the time of acceptance. By submitting an application, vendors acknowledge and agree to this payment process. All application fees and vendor fees are non-refundable, except in the event the festival is canceled by Wildside Winery. 3. Outdoor Event & Weather Preparedness This is an outdoor event. Vendors must be fully weather-prepared. The event is held rain or shine Vendors are responsible for tents, weights, waterproofing, and securing all displays No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, including rain, wind, heat, or cold Vendors should plan accordingly to protect products and displays. 4. Setup & Breakdown Vendors must be fully set up before the event opens each day Early breakdown before official event close times is not permitted Setup times, load-in instructions, and assigned spaces will be provided closer to the event Failure to comply may impact eligibility for future Wildside Winery events. 5. Booth Space, Equipment & Electricity Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and weights All tents must be properly weighted for safety Displays must remain within assigned space and may not block walkways or neighboring booths Electricity is not available for this event. Vendors requiring power must make independent arrangements that do not interfere with other vendors or guests. 6. Conduct & Presentation Wildside Winery is a family-friendly and dog-friendly venue. Vendors must maintain professional, respectful conduct at all times Products, signage, and displays must be appropriate for a general audience No amplified sound, generators, aggressive sales tactics, or disruptive behavior are permitted 6A. Removal for Misconduct Wildside Winery reserves the right to require a vendor to leave the event immediately if their behavior, products, or setup are deemed unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to: Unsafe or unsecured tents and displays Aggressive, disrespectful, intoxicated, or disruptive behavior Products or signage that do not match the approved application Failure to follow event staff instructions or safety guidelines If a vendor is asked to leave due to misconduct or noncompliance, no refunds will be issued, and the vendor may be disqualified from future Wildside Winery events. 7. Licenses, Permits & Compliance Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, and approvals related to their business and products. Food vendors must comply with all applicable local and state health regulations. 8. Liability & Insurance Vendors participate at their own risk. Wildside Winery is not responsible for: Loss, theft, or damage to vendor property Injury to vendors, staff, or guests related to vendor participation Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance. 9. Branding & Promotion By participating, vendors grant Wildside Winery permission to use their business name, logo, and images of their booth or products for event promotion before, during, and after the market. 10. Cancellations & Refund Policy All application and vendor fees are non-refundable. If a vendor cancels within 30 days of the event, no refunds will be issued for any reason. No-shows forfeit their space and fees and may impact eligibility for future Wildside Winery events. 11. Scam Awareness Vendor applications will only be announced and accepted through Wildside Winery’s official channels. Wildside Winery is not responsible for third-party solicitations or scams. 12. Final Authority Wildside Winery reserves the right to: Assign and adjust vendor placement as needed Make final decisions regarding event operations Enforce these terms to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-run event
