Attendee Terms & Conditions: By purchasing or possessing a ticket to this event, the ticket holder (“Attendee”) agrees to all terms and conditions set forth by The Twisted Lime. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, acts of God, artist or vendor changes, event delays, schedule adjustments, low attendance, personal inability to attend, or force majeure events beyond the control of the event organizer. No chargebacks or payment disputes will be accepted. The Twisted Lime reserves the right to modify event hours, programming, entertainment, layout, vendors, activities, or venue configuration, and to postpone, relocate, or reschedule the event for safety, weather, governmental restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date and no refunds will be issued. Attendance is at the Attendee’s own risk, and the Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the event, including but not limited to injury, illness, property loss, or damage. Attendee agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless The Twisted Lime, its owners, staff, partners, sponsors, venues, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from attendance at the event. The Twisted Lime is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, or for the actions of vendors, performers, or other attendees. The Twisted Lime reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any individual for unsafe behavior, disorderly conduct, or violation of event rules, without refund. By attending the event, Attendee grants permission for their image, likeness, and voice to be photographed, recorded, or filmed and used for promotional, marketing, advertising, and media purposes without compensation. Purchase or use of a ticket constitutes acknowledgment that the Attendee has read, understands, and agrees to these terms and conditions. Vendor Terms & Conditions: By submitting an application and/or submitting payment, the vendor agrees to all terms and conditions set forth by The Twisted Lime. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, and vendor participation is confirmed only upon approval and receipt of full payment. All vendor fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, acts of God, low attendance, event rescheduling, vendor cancellation, or force majeure events beyond the control of the event organizer. No chargebacks or payment disputes will be accepted once payment is submitted. The Twisted Lime reserves the right to modify event hours, layout, programming, or vendor placement, or to postpone or reschedule the event for safety, weather, governmental restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case vendor fees will transfer to the rescheduled date with no refunds issued. Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required business licenses, health permits, insurance, tax documentation, and fire marshal approvals, and failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund. Vendors participate at their own risk and agree to hold harmless and indemnify The Twisted Lime, its owners, staff, partners, venues, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from vendor participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or product liability. Vendors must operate only within their assigned space and provide their own tents, weights, equipment, power, and supplies unless otherwise specified, and all setups must meet applicable safety standards. Vendors may sell only the products approved in their application, and unauthorized items, unsafe operations, or unprofessional conduct may result in immediate removal without refund. Vendors agree to maintain a clean booth area and are responsible for any damage caused by their operations or equipment. The Twisted Lime reserves the right to photograph or record the event, including vendor booths, products, and personnel, and vendors grant permission for such content to be used for marketing, promotional, and media purposes without compensation. Submission of an application and/or payment constitutes acknowledgment that the vendor has read, understands, and agrees to all terms and conditions.
