### Terms and Conditions for Attending Extreme Dreams Events 1. Acceptance of Terms By attending Extreme Dreams Events, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from participating in the event. 2. Event Admission - Admission is free; however, some events may have limited capacity. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. - Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. 3. Code of Conduct - Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards fellow participants, vendors, and staff. - Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event. 4. Health and Safety - Attendees must adhere to all health and safety regulations in place at the time of the event. - Please refrain from attending if you are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness. 5. Photography and Video - By attending the event, you consent to photography, video recording, and audio recording that may be used for promotional purposes by Extreme Dreams Foundation and its partners. - If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform a staff member upon arrival. 6. Liability Release - Attendees participate at their own risk. Extreme Dreams Foundation is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event. - By attending, you release and hold harmless Extreme Dreams Foundation, its staff, and volunteers from any claims or liability arising from your participation in the event. 7. Children - Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children. 8. Changes to the Event - Extreme Dreams Foundation reserves the right to change or cancel any part of the event, including dates, times, and activities, without prior notice. 9.
