By applying to or participating in the Music Makers Market at the 2026 Wire & Wood Songwriters Festival, vendors agree to comply with all event rules, city regulations, and organizer guidelines. • The market is juried, and booth space is limited. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of the event organizers. • All artwork and products must be original, handcrafted, and music-inspired, as described in the application. • Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’. Vendors must provide a basic show-quality white tent, tables, and in-booth LED lighting. • Tent Safety Requirement: All tents must be secured with a minimum of 40 pounds of weight per tent leg, using professional show-quality sandbag weights or gravity tubes, to safely anchor tents while exhibiting on city property. • Vendors should obtain, at their own expense, any general liability insurance they deem necessary for participation. • Sales Tax Requirement: Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting Georgia sales tax at a rate of 7.75% on all taxable sales. Sales tax must be submitted to the Georgia Department of Revenue either through the vendor’s Georgia Tax Center (GTC) sales tax account, or no later than three (3) days after the event via standard mail using the Special Event Miscellaneous Sales Tax Form provided in the vendor check-in/load-in packet. • The event is held rain or shine. All booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including in the event of cancellation due to weather or other acts of God. • Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise and equipment. The City of Alpharetta and event organizers, including 1st & Main Events, are not responsible for loss or damage. • Final load-in details, booth assignments, and event instructions will be emailed to accepted vendors prior to the festival. Submission of an application indicates acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
