To enter the contest, you must be a Village of Palm Springs resident. For safety reasons, all participants should live on a thru street or in a location that is easily accessible and visible. Winners will be announced the following morning on our website and social media, and they will be contacted to schedule a check presentation. A professional photographer will visit at a later date to capture the winning displays.
