Coastal Christmas Market at GIB Date: Saturday, December 13th, 2025 Location: Galveston Island Brewing 8423 Stewart Road Galveston, TX 77551 Setup Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm Event Time: 12:00pm - 6:00pm Take Down Time: No earlier than 6:00pm TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. This event will be held at Galveston Island Brewing 8423 Stewart Rd Galveston, TX 77551 by Judith Smith with ATC Event Management. 2. This is an Indoor Event. Payment must be received in order to hold vendor space. Spots will be held on a first pay basis and are non-refundable 3. No Tables, Chairs, Table Coverings are provided at this location and is the responsibility of the vendor to provide and set up. 4. Please note: Submitting your application will NOT guarantee a Vendor Booth, only approval and payment will secure a reserved spot. Vendor Booth fee will be charged at time of application approval. NO spot will be reserved until payment has been received. Vendor Booth fee is non-refundable. 5. Cost for a 8x6 indoor Space is: $60.00. Electricity spots are limited for an additional $10.00. 6. Applications may be rejected in order to prevent duplicated booths to create a diverse market for vendors and customers. 7. Vendors agree to respect the event set up and take down times. Early take down will result in a ban from future events held by ATC. 8. This is a Christmas Market and we ask that all vendors decorate their rented space according to the theme. 9. ATC, Galveston Island Brewing and its agents will NOT be responsible and cannot be held liable for theft or accidents. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless its volunteers or agents from any and all claims, causes of actions, suits, damages, injuries and losses to any person or goods arising out of or connected in any way with the event. 10. Special requests will try to be accommodated and extra charges will be passed to the vendor if applicable. 11. Vendor agrees to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, public safety, insurance, business licenses, and sales tax permits. 12. Vendor is responsible for any damage they or their product causes to the rented space during this event. 13. Space location may be assigned to each vendor. 14. Vendors are only allowed to display and sell goods/crafts identified on application. 15. Vendors may do their own giveaways.
