Rally for Branson Market & Family Day (and... Tickets

General - • By participating in the Rally for Branson Poker Run and/or attending the Market & Family Day, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all event rules, venue policies, and local laws. • This is a charity event, and 100% of event proceeds (excluding vendor sales) will be donated to the Blevins family. • All ticket sales and vendor fees are final and non-refundable. • The organizers, sponsors, and venue owners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. • Participants and attendees consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use by Hunter’s Heart Foundation and event partners. Poker Run Terms - • $20 per rider / $5 per passenger entry fee is required to participate. • Riders participate at their own risk. Hunter’s Heart Foundation, venue owners, and affiliates assume no liability for accidents, injuries, or property damage. • Helmets and proper safety gear are strongly encouraged and may be required in accordance with state law. • Poker hands will be drawn at designated stops along the route. The rider with the best hand at the final stop will be announced the winner. • In the event of a tie, a single high-card draw will determine the winner. • No cheating or card trading is permitted; doing so results in disqualification. • Alcohol consumption and driving must be done responsibly and is discouraged. Market & Family Day Terms - • Admission to the Market & Family Day is free and open to all ages. • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. • Vendors are responsible for their own sales transactions, inventory, and business licenses. • Hunter’s Heart Foundation and Jordan Beech Farms are not responsible for vendor sales, refunds, or customer disputes. • Attendees participate in raffles, auctions, and other activities voluntarily and agree that all proceeds benefit the Blevins family. • Food trucks and vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations. • Pets must remain on leash and under control at all times. • The event is outdoors and rain or shine unless otherwise stated. Liability Waiver - By participating in or attending this event, you release and hold harmless Hunter’s Heart Foundation, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and venue owners from any and all liability, including but not limited to injury, illness, property loss, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event.
