Questions & Answers: What if I join after January? You can still join after January however, you will still be charged the same amount for the full year. Are there any exceptions? Yes, if you are a new business your partner rate will be prorated. If you are a first time Livermore Downtown Inc. partner, your rate will be prorated. Can I just join at annual rate and not wait for prorated invoice? You’re welcome to do so—any additional amount will be treated as a donation directly supporting LDI’s business programs and community events. How do I use my partner perks? Once application and payment are received, you will receive an email with a document going over all perks and how to effectively utilize them. Will there be an autopay option? No. Businesses will not be on autopay. An annual reminder will be emailed at the end of the calendar year to complete application and payment. Why the change in platform and to annual partnership? The new software platform allows LDI staff to better manage and track partners as well as is easier for businesses to remember when to renew partnership – it will always be at the beginning of the calendar year!
