CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS All sales are final. Provided the nature of our business and events, we cannot and do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Vendors may not request a credit/rain-check due to weather or other acts of Mother Nature. In the event you cannot attend the event that you've purchased space for, then you may choose one of two options: 1. Forfeit the purchase amount, 2. Sell your ticket to another individual (after the sale, you can use your original ticket confirmation link to transfer and reissue the ticket in the buyer's name) Vendors wishing to sell their space MUST contact the event organizer in advance for approval. Sales made without prior approval will result in the vendor being unable to exhibit. FOOD TRUCKS Food Trucks will be required to file with the Town of Warrenton Tax Administrator the appropriate tax forms in advance of event. Further information will be distributed to approved Food Trucks. Additionally Food Trucks will be required to display a temporary food permit and a complete listing of their prices during the event.
