Your Early Bird Ticket is valid for 1 Entry and grants you admission into Black Boy Art Show D.C. under the following conditions: Note: Children under 13 are granted free entry. EVENT ENTRY: Entry is first-come, first-served and subject to venue capacity limits. While we strive to get everyone inside as quickly as possible, wait times may occur due to crowd control and safety regulations. REFUND POLICY -All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal plans, long wait times, or dissatisfaction with the event experience. -Refunds will not be issued for attendees who choose to leave the line or venue before entry. -In the rare event of a cancellation by the organizer, ticket holders will be offered either a rescheduled date or a full refund.
