-Fees must be paid by November 26, 2025. There will be a $25 late fee for applications and/or fees received between November 27, 2025 & December 5, 2025. Same day entries are $100. -Applications may be mailed to: CVDA, PO Box 1167, Valdosta, GA 31603. -Entry fees are non-refundable. - There are no rain/make-up dates. - The Parade Committee reserves the right to refuse entry of any application in any division of the parade. -Floats will be judged on Overall Appearance (first impression and visual appeal), Special Effects (created by use of lights or luminous materials), Creativity/Workmanship (unusual use of material, special designs) and Use of Theme.
