I agree to indemnify and Hold Harmless the City of Bowman, Special Events Committee, and Clothes Closet Sponsors (the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to my participation in the Bowman Clothes Closet, including but not limited to claims brought by me or by anyone on my behalf, regardless of whether such claims arise in whole or in part from the negligence of the Released Parties. I further agree to Hold Harmless the Released Parties, from any claim related to injury to person, damage to property, loss by fire, theft, or any other cause. I will not be a party to any lawsuit related to the Bowman Clothes Closet. This is a legal and binding Hold Harmless Agreement. By checking the Terms and Conditions box, I acknowledge that I have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms herein of this Waiver, Release, and Hold Harmless Agreement with regard to the Released Parties. I understand that this is a binding legal document that affects my legal rights and the rights of those who may claim through me.
