NORTHWINDS 1ST ANNUAL MARKET TENANT EVENT Tickets

WHITE TENTS ONLY PLEASE. TENT WEIGHTS: All tents are REQUIRED to have sand bag style tent weights, minimum 25lbs per leg. Anyone without proper tent weights may be asked to emove the tent for safety of others. WITHDRAWAL/REFUND REQUESTS: ~ 14 Days before event date, full withdrawal and full refund. ~ 12 Days before event, withdrawal and NO refund. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I agree to indemnify and hold AUDREY COLE, LLC, their officials, staff, and agents harmless of and from any and all actions, causes of actions of every kind in law or equity, suits, debts, liens, contracts, agreements, promises, claims, liabilities, demands, damages, obligations, loss, costs, and expense of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, including, with limitation, attorney’s fees and court costs through and including any appeals, taxable or otherwise, incurred, either directly or indirectly, as a result of my participation in the AUDREY COLE, LLC events, including but not limited to, any claims which might be made by myself, my co-workers, my agents, my employees, and/or any member of the general public. I acknowledge that I am responsible for the security of my own property and responsible for securing my canopy and fixtures to prevent safety hazards and expressly assume all risk of loss and/or damage to property arising either directly or indirectly from my participation in the AUDREY COLE, LLC event. I understand and agree that AUDREY COLE, LLC events is in no way responsible for my property or its safekeeping. I acknowledge that I am responsible for all items provided in my booth space (example tent, table, chairs etc.) SETUP AND BREAKDOWN: Setup time is between 8:30AM - 10:30AM. All vendors must be set up and ready to vend by market open (11:00AM). Any vendors that arrive after the market opens, will have their spot forfeited and will NOT be allowed to set up. If for whatever reason, you cannot make your participating date, it is your responsibility to contact us prior to the market open to let us know. Breakdown can begin anytime after market close (2:00PM). Breaking down early requires permission from AUDREY COLE, LLC, event staff. Vendors who leave early without permission may not be invited back for future markets. INCLEMENT WEATHER CLAUSE: In the Circumstance of inclement weather and a cancellation of the event for vendors and customers safety a refund of 75% will be issued back to your card. All decisions on cancellation will be made no less than 24 hrs. from the start of the event.
