We are excited to be planning our 134th Annual Citrus Fair! The dates for this year are Friday, February 13, 2026 - Monday, February 16. 2026. Last year’s attendance was estimated to be around 10,000 across the four days! Everyone interested in being a vendor at this event NEEDS to fill out this application. PLEASE READ all the information and requirements thoroughly. REQUIREMENTS: INSURANCE: Proof of insurance is required from all participants! You can purchase a Certificate of Insurance from us through CFSA. Current rates for non-food vendors are $150 OR $195 for Food/Beverage Concessionaires. Rates are subject to change according to CFSA’s Rate Card. PAYMENT: Please ensure to select the category and booth size that best suits your business. Booth fees are detailed in each designated vendor/concessionaire section. Payments will be received upon approval of application. We encourage ACH Bank payments over Credit Cards as it will decrease Eventeny Fees. NO REFUNDS unless Cloverdale Citrus Fair cancels the event! CONTRACTS/REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: All approved participants will receive a contract and other required paperwork that needs to be completed, signed, and returned to the Cloverdale Citrus Fair. SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION: After submitting an application, the Cloverdale Citrus Fair will review the application received and provide feedback on the status of your application by mid-January 2026. The fair reserves the right to refuse application, change the floor plan, and refuse event admission at their discretion as necessary. The application and event are subject to change. BOOTH MUST REMAIN OPEN: All booths must remain open according to the timeframe established in the contract. Friday: 12 PM - 9 PM; Saturday - Sunday: 10 AM - 9 PM; and Monday: 10 AM - 6 PM.
