Attendee Terms & Conditions By attending the Ink & Alchemy Book Fair – Spooky Edition, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Admission This is a free, public event—no tickets or registration are required for entry. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 2. Conduct Please be respectful of fellow attendees, vendors, authors, and staff. Disruptive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event. 3. Photography & Media By attending, you grant permission for your image to be photographed or recorded for promotional use by event organizers. Personal photography is welcome—please ask before photographing individuals, vendor displays, or performances. 4. Safety & Security All bags may be subject to inspection for safety. Follow posted venue guidelines and any instructions from staff or security, especially regarding emergency procedures. 5. Vendor Sales All purchases made from vendors are independent transactions. The event is not liable for product quality, returns, or exchanges. 6. Health & Wellness If you are feeling unwell or have been recently exposed to a contagious illness, please stay home for the safety of others. 7. Accessibility The event aims to be accessible to all guests. If you require specific accommodations, please reach out to the organizers in advance.
