We kindly ask that you submit a general inquiry regarding your lost item, including the date, time, and location of the incident. Sustainability: Help us keep the venue green by disposing of waste in appropriate recycling and trash bins located around the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons. Weather Preparedness: Please consult the weather forecast and dress accordingly. Ensure you bring sunscreen, hats, or rain gear as necessary and stay hydrated. Children's Area: A designated family area located to the left of the event lawn with activities is available for children. Children's Safety Guidelines: Parents must remain with and supervise their children at all times during the event. The use of recreational balls for kicking or throwing and climbing on the stage or the concrete chairs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the family’s removal from the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons. Water Stations: Guests can utilize the water fountains located at the back of the Tommy Edwards Stage near the restrooms. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons. Designated smoking areas are available outside of the venue. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts. By entering the event premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by MOSAIC at Chatham Park and its affiliates and representatives. You release MOSAIC at Chatham Park, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials.
