1. Vendor Eligibility All vendors must be approved by event organizers. Products, services, and displays must be appropriate for a family-friendly audience. Organizers reserve the right to refuse any vendor application without explanation. 2. Setup & Breakdown Booths must remain operational for the entire event duration. Breakdown must not begin before the official end time 4. Booth Specifications Booth spaces are 10x10 Vendors are responsible for bringing all supplies to be sucessful Electricity is not available. 5. Health & Safety All food vendors must provide proper licensing and health department documentation. Vendors must keep their area clean and dispose of trash properly. Any open flames, heating elements, or hazardous materials must be pre-approved by organizers. 6. Conduct & Responsibility Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional, courteous manner. No sale or promotion of illegal, harmful, or offensive materials. Vendors are fully responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, and liability. 7. Insurance & Liability Vendors are required to submit general liability insurance. The event organizers, venue, and affiliated parties are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury incurred during the event. 8. Promotion By participating, vendors agree to allow the use of their business name, logo, and photos taken during the event for promotional purposes. 9. Weather Policy This is a rain or shine event. In the event of severe weather, organizers will notify vendors of rescheduling or cancellation plans. 10. Cancellation Organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
