By attending our first annual Food Truck Rodeo at Hand Picked Nursery on Saturday September 20th, 2025, you agree to the event's terms and conditions. Admission is free, and the festival will take place rain or shine. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully, with children supervised at all times. Participation in event activities is at your own risk, and Hand Picked Nursery is not liable for any injuries, damages, or lost items. Photography and videography may occur during the event, and attendees consent to their likeness being used for promotional purposes. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, outside food or beverages (unless for medical reasons), and pets (except registered service animals). Food and vendor purchases are the sole responsibility of attendees, and Hand Picked Nursery is not liable for the quality or safety of third-party products or services. Health and safety guidelines will be followed, and guests are encouraged to stay home if unwell. Hand Picked Nursery reserves the right to modify the event schedule or cancel if necessary.
