Family Awareness & Sensitive Content Carolina CryptidFest is family-friendly, but some areas may include curiosities, oddities, folklore-based exhibits, and cryptid-themed displays that could be intense, graphic, or unsettling for children or sensitive individuals. Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to supervise minors. Use discretion when entering sections featuring oddities, taxidermy, supernatural legends, or darker cryptid content. The event is not responsible for exposure to materials you may deem inappropriate for your child. Bags may be searched at entry. No outside alcohol, illegal substances, or dangerous items. Smoking/vaping only in designated areas. The event may remove or deny entry for safety concerns. By attending, you grant permission for the event to use your image or likeness in photography, video, and promotional media. By entering the event, attendees agree: Participation is voluntary and at their own risk. Organizers, venue, and sponsors are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage. Attendees accept responsibility for themselves and accompanying minors. If you wish to avoid photography, notify staff at check-in. Refunds, Cancellations & Event Changes The event will proceed rain or shine. Organizers may adjust programming, hours, or layout as needed.
