Description
Each student must register for their own ticket. Please provide full name, pronouns, contact information and a copy of school ID. The prom is open to high school students grades 9 - 12 and recent graduates in Berks County identifying as LGBTQ+ and their allies. If a student wishes to attend with a student outside of Berks county, please select 2 tickets and provide the same requested information for that student and advise they are attending with a berks county student. If both students are from berks county, they should each submit for their own ticket.
