SHARED CAMPING AREAS This is group camping, and you may not know everyone staying in or near your assigned camping area. Please be aware of your surroundings and respect other campers’ privacy, personal space and belongings. Do not enter another person’s tent or campsite or use their belongings without permission. Please be respectful, patient and kind to everyone sharing the camping area. RESTROOMS AND SHOWERS Rustic bathhouse facilities, latrines and hot showers are located near the camping area. These are shared camp facilities, so please bring shower shoes, toiletries and everything you will need for bathing. Please help keep all shared facilities clean and sanitary. Children must be supervised while using the bathhouse and other camp facilities. ELECTRICITY AND WATER Each camping group will have access to a shared shelter with one electrical outlet and one water spigot. Electricity and water are extremely limited and are not available at every individual tent. Please do not plan to operate high-powered appliances from the shared outlet. Do not overload outlets or create tripping hazards with extension cords. Quiet generators are permitted but must be operated outdoors in a safe, well-ventilated area. Generators must never be operated inside or directly beside a tent, shelter or enclosed structure. Generators must be turned off during quiet hours. VEHICLES AND PARKING Vehicles may enter the camping area temporarily to unload camping supplies. After unloading, all vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area. Vehicles cannot remain parked beside the camping tents. Please unload everything you will need before moving your vehicle. Roads, gates and emergency-access areas must remain clear at all times. RVs, travel trailers and camper trailers cannot be accommodated in the festival camping area. Anyone bringing an RV or camper must make arrangements with a nearby RV campground. Do not bring unregistered overnight guests into the camping area. • Children and minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. • Pets must be kept on a secure leash and under the owner’s control at all times. Pets cannot run freely anywhere on the property—not even inside or around your assigned campsite. • Pet owners are responsible for keeping their animals quiet and preventing them from disturbing neighboring campers. • Pets may not be left unattended. Owners must immediately clean up and properly dispose of all pet waste. • Do not bring an aggressive, uncontrolled or excessively disruptive animal into the camping area. Owners are responsible for their animals and for any injury or property damage they cause. • No smoking or vaping is permitted inside canvas tents, shelters, bathhouses or other camp buildings. Dispose of cigarette butts safely; do not leave them on the ground. • Campfires and cooking equipment may only be used in areas approved by Camp Barnhardt or festival staff. Never place grills, heaters, stoves, candles or open flames inside a tent or enclosed structure. • Never leave a permitted fire, grill or cooking appliance unattended. Fully extinguish it after use. • Personal fireworks, explosives, sky lanterns and similar devices are prohibited. • Do not enter restricted areas or use the pool, waterfront, zip line, climbing facilities, equipment or other attractions outside scheduled operating hours or without authorized staff present. • Do not remove, relocate, damage or alter tents, cots, platforms, signs, equipment, trees, landscaping or any other camp property. • Keep food secured and dispose of trash properly to avoid attracting insects or wildlife. Do not feed, approach or disturb wildlife. • Keep your campsite clean. All trash must be placed in designated containers before departure. • Secure money, electronics, merchandise and other valuables. Do not leave valuable property unattended. • Follow all instructions from festival staff, security personnel, emergency responders and Camp Barnhardt representatives. • Immediately report suspicious activity, unsafe conditions, injuries, emergencies or property damage to festival staff. • In the event of severe weather or another emergency, follow all evacuation and shelter instructions immediately. • Anyone who violates these rules, creates an unsafe situation or disrupts other campers may be required to leave the property without a refund.
