The following tickets will be sent to the shipping address below.
1. Vendor Requirements All vendors must provide their own setup materials, including tents, tables, chairs, displays, and signage. All tents must be weighted down appropriately (minimum 40 lbs per leg). Vendors must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances, including health and safety regulations. Food vendors must have all necessary health permits and be prepared for on-site inspection if applicable. 2. Event Schedule & Setup Setup time begins at 1PM on the day of the event. All vendors must be fully set up no later than 2:30PM. Breakdown begins at 9PM and early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by event staff. Vendors must remain at their booth and open for business during the entire event. 3. Booth Assignments Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to assign booth locations at its sole discretion. Requests for specific booth placements will be considered but not guaranteed. 4. Fees & Refunds Vendor fees are due upon registration and are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizer. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances outside the control of the organizer. 5. Liability & Insurance Vendors participate at their own risk. Goin’ Social Events, School of Rock, and all event affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury incurred before, during, or after the event. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance. 6. Conduct & Clean-Up Vendors are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times. All vendor spaces must be kept clean and free of debris. Trash must be removed by the vendor at the end of the event. Any vendor damaging the venue property or failing to follow guidelines may be asked to leave without refund. 7. Promotion By participating in this event, vendors grant Goin’ Social Events permission to use their name, logo, and photos of their booth or products for promotional purposes. 8. Event Changes Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to modify or cancel the event at its discretion. Vendors will be notified promptly in the event of a cancellation. By registering as a vendor for the School of Rock Field Day, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
