Endless SummerFest – Terms and Conditions Event Date: July 26, 2025 Event Time: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Location: The Mill on Etowah, Canton, GA By attending Endless SummerFest, all attendees acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability Attendance at Endless SummerFest is at your own risk. By entering the event premises, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to injury, illness, or other potential harm. Goin' Social Events, The Mill on Etowah, event staff, vendors, sponsors, and all associated parties are not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims that may occur during the event. Family-Friendly Environment Endless SummerFest is a family-oriented event. Attendees are expected to act respectfully and responsibly. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises without refund. Children and Supervision Children must be supervised at all times. Goin’ Social Events and its affiliates are not responsible for the care or supervision of minors. Photography and Media Release By attending the event, you grant permission to Goin’ Social Events and its partners to use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. Alcohol Consumption If alcohol is served, all individuals consuming alcoholic beverages must be 21+ and provide valid ID. Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to deny service to anyone appearing intoxicated. Pets Well-behaved pets on a leash are welcome. Pet owners are responsible for their animals and must clean up after them. Weather Policy This is a rain-or-shine event unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the organizers. No refunds will be issued due to weather unless the event is officially canceled. Code of Conduct We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the event who does not comply with these terms or disrupts the event in any way. By attending Endless SummerFest, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
