Fiddles, Vittles & Vino Tickets

Participation Agreement for Fiddles, Vittles & Vino Hosted by Club Nine in support of Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site By registering for and participating in Fiddles, Vittles & Vino (“THE EVENT”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Release and Indemnification You acknowledge that participation in THE EVENT is voluntary and at your own risk. In consideration for being allowed to participate, you agree to release and hold harmless Fiddles, Vittles & Vino, Club Nine, Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site, and all associated staff, volunteers, vendors, contractors, partners, sponsors, affiliates, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, claims, or damages for loss, injury, or death arising from or related to your participation, including but not limited to any act of negligence. This release extends to your heirs, executors, family members, and assigns. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims or liability for damage or injury to third parties resulting from your participation. Refund Policy All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If the event is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, all tickets will be honored for the new date. Voluntary Assumption of Risk By purchasing a ticket and attending THE EVENT, you acknowledge that you have read this waiver, understand the risks involved, and voluntarily assume all such risks. Code of Conduct You agree to conduct yourself responsibly and respectfully toward other attendees, staff, and participants. You affirm that you will not attend the event under the influence of substances that impair judgment or behavior. Any inappropriate, threatening, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without refund. Exclusion of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in THE EVENT. Media Release By attending THE EVENT, you grant Fiddles, Vittles & Vino and its affiliates the right to photograph, record, and use your image or likeness in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, and advertisements. You also grant permission for us to repost any photos or videos you publicly share from the event. Jurisdiction This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and the jurisdiction of El Paso County. Severability If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Weather Policy THE EVENT will take place rain or shine. Please plan accordingly. Chargebacks and Disputes Tickets are purchased of your own free will, and you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. No refunds, returns, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances. Final Acknowledgment By registering for and participating in Fiddles, Vittles & Vino, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above, and that you have the authority and capacity to do so.
