Permitted Items & Behavior: -No sale of tobacco, alcohol, firearms, or illegal substances is allowed. -All products must be family-friendly and appropriate for a community event. -Music, amplification, or performances must be pre-approved. -Participants must be respectful and professional at all times—harassment or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal. Photography & Media Release: -By attending or participating, you grant permission to the City of Panama City Beach to use any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes without compensation. Emergency Preparedness: -Participants must follow all instructions in case of emergency, weather evacuation, or park closure. -First aid and security will be on site. -Any incidents, injuries, or concerns should be reported to the event coordinator immediately.
