Attendee Refund Policy: Queen City Anime Con Inc is not responsible for event cancellations due to weather, pandemic, or acts of God. We care about our attendees and the small businesses that put their trust in us. In the event that Queen City Anime Convention has no choice but to cancel the event, for any reasons other than those listed above, attendees and small businesses will be refunded 100% first; afterwards, remaining organizational funds will be utilized to pay any outstanding debts against the organization.
