2025 OREGON STATE FAIR (OSF) CAMPING RESERVATIONS PROCEDURES AND RULES STATE FAIR — Friday, August 22, 2025 thru Monday, September 1, 2025 For 2025 (new, updated information) – All reservations for Exhibitors, Vendors, Merchants, Concessionaires, and other Fair Related persons will be on a first come first served basis by online application. All camp sites are on a first come, first served basis for those without reservations. Please reserve a space only for the dates you will be actively working or exhibiting at the Oregon State Fair. This helps ensure availability for others who also need accommodations. On OSF grounds we have limited sites available and the sites vary in sizes. Section H east of warm up arena has 12 sites with 50-amp service and 24 sites with 30-amp service. All spaces have water, but no sewer. A contractor is available to pump grey and black water tanks. Section D next to the race horse stables and on the opposite side of the fence of Section C – full hook up is RV DRY CAMPING ONLY (no water, sewer or electric). Tent – Section F and RV Dry Camping – Section D will be assigned by the Camping Coordinator or Parking Staff as to where vehicles and tents are placed. If tent or dry campers reserve sites in Section A, B, C, E, or H they will be charged full price in those sections. OSF Management and Camping Coordinators reserve the right to change reserved sites after confirmation as needed. *Generators are allowed on the grounds running between 7:00am and 11:00pm. Do not run generators during quiet hours 11:01pm – 6:59am. *Use of Air Conditioners – only sites with 30-amp or 50-amp may run one air condition per site. *Slide outs/Awnings – No on all sites except Section H, we will not be able to accommodate all vehicles with slide-outs on both sides of rig. However, slide-outs on one side will work. Section H will allow slide outs on both sides. NOTE: Awnings are NOT allowed in any sites because of space limitations. Please be courteous and work with your neighboring site. *If you have a site that does not have sewer, you will need to dump your grey and black tank at the legal dumpsite on the Fairgrounds or at another legal site off grounds. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DUMP GREY WATER AT ANY SITE THAT DOES NOT HAVE SEWER CONNECTION. We have a Contracting Service available (see contact information) at your cost to perform this service ($60 fee). *At all times parking permits must be displayed in vehicle windshield. *Persons must park in designated areas on their permit. *Permit holders will NOT park in a manner which creates traffic problems or they may be towed at their expense. *Camp Coordinator or Parking Staff have the final say as to where any vehicles, RV, tents and trailers are placed. *Stock trailers, horse trailers, utility trailers, etc., must be parked in accordance with directions given by Camp Coordinator or Parking Staff. *Vehicles loading and/or unloading must not be left unattended for more than 10 minutes. *No animal waste or combustibles will be dumped in parking lots. *Any horse/utility trailers in camping areas will be charged the same fee as overnight stays. *Individuals are responsible for cleanliness of their site area. *Garbage dumpster and Chemical toilets are placed in selected areas for your use. *Persons under the age of 18 must have adult chaperones at sites. *No wood burning fires. Reservations: RV Reservations will be open for any length of stay first come first served of space available online on Monday, July 14th. Payment /Refunds/Confirmation: Full Payment for all Reservations must be received by August 1, 2025 Your payment when received is final confirmation. No Refunds will be issued. Camping move in: Available beginning Monday, August 18, 2025 beginning at noon. Camping move out: You must vacate your camp site no later than Thursday, September 4, 2025 by 5:00pm. Email Confirmation will be provided for your confirmed reservations and must be presented upon arrival. You will be provided a Parking “dangler” Pass which will allow you continued access during your stay. One pass per site in Section’s A, B, C, D, E, and F. Two passes per site in Section H. Daily Check in times 10:00am during Fair dates and Check out times 8:00am. VIOLATION OF RULES: Any harassment to Camp Coordinator or Parking Staff may result in revocation of parking permit and/or overnight stay indefinitely. Violation of any rules may result in the violator’s vehicle being towed at owners’ expense from the Oregon State Fair Grounds. Please remember, Oregon State Fair Grounds in NOT an RV Park, however we attempt to accommodate a limited number of sites for camping during the State Fair. The Oregon State Fair Management and Camp Coordinator has full authority for all directives and decisions made. Please be respectful to your neighbors and OSF staff and all fair attendees.
