Mayweather Boxing + Fitness H.I.I.T. Mayweather Boxing + Fitness kicks off its first annual summer fit workout. This family-friendly session combines boxing basics with high-intensity fitness circuits, designed to help participants burn calories and build endurance.

Y6 Power classes are strength-building, full-body blasts designed to build focus, endurance, and flexibility in a heated practice room. These Vinyasa yoga classes move at a steady pace to keep your practice fluid, creative and energizing. This workout will take your body and mind through a challenging yoga journey. Y6 Power yoga classes facilitate breakthroughs in your body and mind, so count on leaving with a sense of energy and empowerment.

Mayweather Boxing + Fitness Get hooked! A hands-on introduction to the six primary punches in boxing, designed to boost confidence in stance and footwork. Perfect for beginners and experienced participants alike. Bring friends and get hooked!

Y6 Signature. A well-balanced yoga sequence featuring the greatest hits of yoga, designed for all levels. Participants will flow, strengthen, stretch, balance, and relax in this dynamic session.

Mayweather Boxing + Fitness Family Fit (fitness only workout). This fitness-focused session, led by certified coaches, features an open workout with rotating stations. Participants will complete three rounds for a chance to spin the promotion wheel and win exclusive membership discounts.

Y6 Summer Slow Flow. A slower-paced Vinyasa yoga class offering more time to transition and experience each posture. Suitable for all experience levels.
