NijiFest 2026 Tickets

Ticket Purchase & Use - Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-resalable without prior written approval. - Lost/stolen tickets will not be replaced. - Attendees must carry valid photo ID matching ticket name for age verification. --- Age Restrictions - Under 15: Must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. - 18+: Required for R18+ restricted areas/games. --- Code of Conduct All attendees agree to: 1. No harassment (gender, race, orientation, etc.) 2. No violence, threats, or disruptive behavior 3. No cheating in tournaments/competitions. 4. No illegal substances. 5. Follow health/safety protocols (e.g., crowd control) Consequences: Immediate ejection, badge revocation, and/or permanent bans for violations. --- Liability & Assumption of Risk - Attendees assume all risks (injuries, property loss, communicable diseases) - Organizers not liable for travel/accommodation costs due to event changes. - Personal property brought onsite is at owner’s risk. --- Intellectual Property - Organizers and valid registered press may photograph/video attendees for promotional use. --- Cancellation Policy - Organizers reserve right to cancel/reschedule without liability. - No refunds for partial event cancellations or attendee travel issues. --- General - Weapons/prohibited items banned (e.g., real/fake firearms) unless previously checked by Prop Check Staff - Dress code enforced (shoes/shirts required, no offensive attire) - Rules subject to change with updated postings
