Tightline Poblano Collins - A slightly spicy and refreshing twist on a classic. This cocktail features Tightline, Wine Enthusiasts highest rated Organic Vodka, infused with mild green peppers, plus fresh lime, and a splash of soda.
Rosso Brightside - Inspired by a love of Rose', this drink features Tattersall Rosso Gin which is made using rose petals, strawberry, and raspberry. We then add Grapefruit Liqueur, fresh lime, and a dash of Habanero bitters for a bright and balanced cocktail.
TCA Bone Crusher - A Minnesota spin on a Nordic-style Tiki drink. This unique and refreshing beverage uses a toasted coconut-flavored Aquavit combined with pineapple, lime, and a hint of sweetness to create an intriguing, delicious sipper that will remind you it's always 5:00 somewhere.
Kentucky Blue - Part julep and part smash, the Kentucky Blue uses the first-ever Bottled in Bond Wheat Bourbon distilled in Minnesota. It's combined with Blueberry Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and a mint-infused syrup to create your new favorite bourbon cocktail. Tattersall's head distiller, Bentley Gilman, will be present to talk about making bourbon in Minnesota and pour samples of exclusive whiskey releases only available to private cask club members. Each day will feature a different Cask Club exclusive release.
Whiskey & Bourbon Sampling: Complimentary samples of Tattersall 5-Year Bonded Rye Whiskey, the Wheat Bourbon featured in the Kentucky Blue Cocktail, plus an exclusive cask club selection that changes daily. The cask club selection will be a unique whiskey or bourbon not available to the general public. Additional note: The 5-year Bonded Rye was ranked #51 on the "Top 100 Whiskeys of 2023" list published by Fred Minnick. Fred is the lead reviewer for Whiskey Advocate and is recognized as the foremost whiskey critic and authority in the field.
