This is a “Toy Drive Giveaway”. You must purchase a raffle ticket online or in person the day of the Holiday Market 2 event to automatically be considered in this giveaway. We will begin raffling toys at 12:00PM-4:45PM every 30minutes. You must be able to claim your toy prize on the day of the event December 13th by 7:00PM and no later. If you do not claim your toy 15minutes after your name is pulled; you will automatically be removed as the winner. All Christmas prizes are first come first serve. We will not hold or reserve any item or items won by a purchaser for any reason at no time. The toy items being given will range from bicycles, gaming systems, department store gift certificates and toys for all ages. “ONE TICKET PURCHASE PER TOY”. You may purchase up to “10” tickets at one time. You must be the person of the winning ticket. *ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL*

North Atlanta Events is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. 5. Event Changes or Cancellations • North Atlanta Events reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, location, or participants at any time. • In the event of a cancellation by North Atlanta Events, attendees will be notified, and efforts will be made to reschedule 6. Alcohol and Drugs • Alcohol consumption is not allowed on property • The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on event premises. North Atlanta Events reserves the right to remove any attendee violating this policy. 7.
