By purchasing an admission ticket and in consideration for being able to enter the UNwineD Festival (the “Festival”), I agree that: (1) there is a risk of exposure to the COVID-19 disease at the Festival and other public gatherings; (2) COVID-19 is an extremely contagious and deadly disease; (3) I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 at the Festival, including all risks based on the negligence or gross negligence of the Panama City Beach Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc., the City of Panama City Beach, their staffs and officials, other Festival organizers, volunteers, and sponsors (collectively, the “Released Parties”); (4) on behalf of myself and my heirs, I forever waive, covenant not to sue, release, and agree to indemnify the Released Parties from all liability and damages, including all claims based on the Released Parties’ negligence or gross negligence, arising out of or in any way relating to exposure to COVID-19 at the Festival; and (5) this COVID-19 Liability Waiver and any claims relating to exposure to COVID-19 shall be governed by Florida law.
