The annual Herb Lunch is a treasured tradition in Jackson Square, Oak Ridge, under the Main Tent. Your ticket includes a gourmet, herbal lunch and a glass of wine under the festival tent in Jackson Square. We’ll also dig into the function side of things: how herbs can deter pests, attract pollinators, and contribute to the health of your whole garden ecosystem. Join the American Museum of Science and Energy (AMSE) for Science on Tap: A Fermentation Fair — a one-of-a-kind event celebrating the delicious, fizzy, funky world of fermentation during this year’s Lavender Festival.
