TERMS AND DESCRIPTION FOR BOOTH SET UP AND DISPLAY: Exhibit spaces are approximately 10' x 10', located on grass or pavement. Exhibitors and their belongings must stay within these boundaries. No specific booth locations are guaranteed. Exhibitors must be set up by 8:30 a.m. festival day and remain open until the specified closing times unless notified by Festival officials. Exhibitors may begin setting up display booths after 6 am on Saturday, September 28th. Tents/tables/display furniture may be set-up 4-7 pm on Friday the 27th. Exhibitor tents must be properly weighted on all four sides. Display booths and items for sale must be monitored at all times and are the full responsibility of the Exhibitor.
