Valley Summer Kickoff Fest Tickets

Valley Summer Kickoff reserves the right to deny the vendor’s request once the application is reviewed by staff. You will be contacted if there is some reason we cannot process your application. Booth space is not guaranteed until all necessary paperwork and payment is received. The undersigned acknowledges that each vendor space is 10’ wide x 10’ deep. Vendors must provide their own canopy, table and any other supplies needed. No vehicles permitted to park next to or by their vendor booth. Vendors may unload at their booth and then move immediately. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Hemet, its representatives, agents, officers and employees from all damages, liabilities, costs and expenditures, including attorney fees and costs for defense, which may occur due to the participation in the kickoff. The undersigned acknowledges that there is NO WATER OR ELECTRICAL HOOK UP AVAILABLE. All vendors must be completely set-up by 7:00 a.m. and are asked not to break down their displays until 5:00 p.m. It is the vendor’s responsibility to remove all trash in their area before leaving.
