Breakfast Burrito Rating Scale Flavor: 0-1 point Overall taste, seasoning, balance of flavors, aroma. Composition: 0-1 point Textures, enjoyable mouth feel, freshness of ingredients, components of ingredients – cheeses, sauces, eggs, meats, potatoes, peppers. Customization: 0-1 point Ability for the customer to customize the burrito to personal preference, are there extras like sour cream, guacamole , different meats. Sauce: 0-1 point Does the standard burrito come with sauce in it? Is it good? Does it come with recommended sauce options to put on it? Small batch? Cholula? None? Overall Value: 0-1 point What is the value for money? All factors above. Ambience of restaurant, experience at restaurant, story of restaurant, portion size.
