ELIGIBILITY
Booth space is available to official festival sponsors who choose to exhibit. Only the business or organization listed on the application may operate in the assigned space. Booth sharing is not permitted. All products and services are subject to review and approval by the Patriot's Day Committee, whose decisions are final. Flea market items will not be accepted. Demonstrations are encouraged.
SPONSORS
Official Patriot's Day sponsors are vital to the success of the event and are recognized through various marketing channels before and during the festival.
Sponsors may choose to exhibit on-site with a booth, subject to the same guidelines listed below.
Sponsors who do not wish to exhibit may still receive recognition through banners, digital ads, stage announcements, printed materials, and other agreed-upon promotions.
BOOTH SPACE & FEES
Standard booth size: 10’ x 10’
Booths must include a tent or canopy (no flat tarps)
All tents must be properly weighted
Booths may be located on asphalt, gravel, or grass
Sponsor Fee:
Platinum Sponsor: $1500.00
Includes worker passes
Sponsors choosing to exhibit will receive space and passes according to the terms of their sponsorship package. All displays must fit within the assigned space. Exhibitors must remain within their booth area during operating hours.
PHOTOS
Applicants must submit 2–4 clear photos of their booth setup, products, or menu items. Photos will not be returned.
APPLICATION DEADLINE & ACCEPTANCE
Deadline: August 14, 2024
Vendors and sponsors will be notified via email upon acceptance
Payments will be processed only for approved participants
Acceptance is a commitment to participate—no refunds
ELECTRICITY
Limited electricity is available upon request
We recommend bringing at least 100 feet of heavy-duty cord, as access to power may be some distance from your booth.
SALES TAX
All sponsor are responsible for collecting and remitting SC sales tax for items sold on site. A valid SC sales tax ID is required. Visit www.sctax.org or call 1-844-898-8542 for more information.
VENDOR CHECK-IN & SETUP
Check-in times are assigned by booth number
Check-in closes at 8:00 AM Saturday—no entry after that time
All vehicles must be removed from the festival grounds by 8:00 AM both days
SATURDAY GUIDELINES
Booths must remain open until 4:00 PM
No vehicles allowed on the grounds during festival hours
Festival is not responsible for theft or damage
VENDOR PARKING
Parking is at your own risk
Limited reserved sponsor parking
Park in assigned lot with a valid parking pass
Vendors needing vehicle access during the day should plan off-site parking before 8:00 AM
SECURITY
Security will be provided by private staff and off-duty law enforcement on during set up, event hours and tear down. Sponsors are responsible for their own property.
TRASH & WASTE DISPOSAL
Garbage services will be provided throughout the festival grounds. Sponsors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean and must dispose of all waste in the designated trash cans or dumpsters provided. Please do not leave trash behind at your booth.
Do not dump ice, water, grease, or greywater in storm drains or restrooms
Violators will be banned from future events

GATE PASSES
Each booth includes worker passes. Sponsors who exhibit may receive additional passes as outlined in their sponsorship agreement.
LIABILITY & INSURANCE
Sponsors are responsible for their property, displays, and staff. Patriots Day and the Chamber are not liable for any loss or injury.
All sponsors must sign the Hold Harmless Agreement. Certain sponsors may be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance.
PETS
Pets and animals are not allowed within the festival grounds or vendor booths. Exceptions may be made for vendors working with animals, with prior approval and proof of insurance. Indicate requests on the application form.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Special requests (e.g., booth placement, access) may be submitted with your application but are not guaranteed. Sponsors will be given priority consideration for placement and visibility.
Compliance: All sponsorships must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Sponsorship content must be family-friendly and may not include political, inflammatory, discriminatory, or offensive material. The Chamber reserves the right to reject any sponsor or promotional content at its discretion.
Acknowledgement:
By signing the sponsorship application or agreement, the sponsor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
NO REFUNDS
This is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or weather-related impacts.
