We’re taking over the NoDa Brewing Company's North End parking lot on Saturday, October 18th, and Sunday, October 19th, for a weekend of bold creativity and community vibes. When you Sponsor A Square, your $200 sponsorship commitment helps us host a friendly chalk art competition featuring youth (ages 12–17) and adult artists (18+), each transforming an 8' x 8' space into a colorful masterpiece. When You Sponsor A Square, You’ll Get: * Your Business "Name Plate" positioned to the left of one chalk art design in the competition zone. Name Plate is Black & White. * Your Business Name or Logo will be featured in a social media post announcing your sponsorship involvement. * Your Hyperlinked Business Name or Logo will appear on our website as a Square Sponsor. Eventful Expressions NPC, a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization, serves as our Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF) Fiscal Sponsor. Eventful Expressions NPC is authorized to solicit financial sponsorship and donations to support CCAF2025. Eventful Expressions NPC is the initial recipient of your financial sponsorship. After the payment process through the Eventeny system is completed, funds are used to purchase equipment or event-related materials that align with this sponsorship level commitment. An expanded version of the terms and conditions is available in PDF form and will be provided before the finalization of the sponsorship application.
