Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
Thank you for supporting the Community Corner Vendors Market. By becoming a sponsor, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Sponsorship Agreement
A sponsorship is considered confirmed once the completed sponsorship agreement and full payment have been received by Community Corner.
2. Payment
Sponsorship payments are due by the agreed-upon deadline.
Sponsorship benefits will not begin until payment has been received in full.
Payments are non-refundable except in the event the organizer cancels the event without rescheduling.
3. Promotional Materials
Sponsors are responsible for providing high-quality logos, advertisements, banners, or promotional materials by the requested deadline. Community Corner is not responsible for delays caused by late submissions.
4. Sponsor Recognition
Sponsor recognition is based on the sponsorship level selected. Benefits may include:
Logo placement on marketing materials
Social media recognition
Event announcements
Website recognition (if applicable)
Booth space (if included in sponsorship package)
Printed promotional materials (if applicable)
5. Use of Name and Logo
By sponsoring this event, the sponsor grants Community Corner permission to use its business name, logo, and promotional materials solely for marketing and promotional purposes related to the event.
6. Booth Participation
If a vendor booth is included with the sponsorship:
The sponsor must comply with all Vendor Terms & Conditions.
Booth assignments are determined by the event organizer.
Sponsors are responsible for providing their own tables, tents, chairs, displays, and equipment unless otherwise stated.
7. Event Changes
Community Corner reserves the right to modify the event schedule, location, layout, or activities if necessary due to weather, safety concerns, venue requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Event Cancellation
Should the event be canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control, Community Corner reserves the right to reschedule the event. Sponsorships may be transferred to the rescheduled event.
9. Liability
Sponsors participate at their own risk. Community Corner, its owners, staff, volunteers, affiliates, and venue partners shall not be held liable for:
Loss or theft of property
Damage to promotional materials
Personal injury
Business interruption
Acts of nature or unforeseen circumstances
10. Sponsor Conduct
Sponsors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event. Community Corner reserves the right to remove any sponsor whose behavior is disruptive, discriminatory, illegal, or inconsistent with the values of the event. No refunds will be issued if removal is necessary due to misconduct.
11. Exclusivity
Unless otherwise stated in writing, sponsorship does not guarantee exclusive rights within a particular business category or industry.
12. Force Majeure
Community Corner shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
13. Agreement
By submitting payment and signing the sponsorship agreement, the sponsor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
