HOURS: 10 am - 5 pm daily Come shop, play, tour and make memories during this 82-year-old tradition -- the Waterford Foundation's "Waterford Fair"! The Fair is the mid-Atlantic's quintessential fall festival with demonstrating fine heritage & contemporary craft artisans, living historians, a juried art show, historic properties tour, local libations, Waterford Craft School talks & workshops, and entertainment for all ages. Located in the National Historic Landmark of Waterford (f. 1733), this unique village is situated in Western Loudoun County, Virginia. Noted as "DC's Wine Country", we are only 50 minutes from the District of Columbia. Tickets go on sale in August. Children (12 & under) & Foundation members FREE! Ticket types: single day (adult, military, youth, senior) & 3-day pass. Event proceeds support the preservation and education efforts of the Waterford Foundation, a 501(c)(3). We are delighted to bring back our long-standing Fair Booklet Page Sponsorships! This traditional offering allows individual patrons and families—rather than corporations—to directly support the Fair and leave a personal mark on this year's event. For $200, you can sponsor the bottom of a booklet page with a custom message. Only 10 of these exclusive sponsorships are available for this year's Fair. Inspiration for your message: “This page donated in memory of our mother, Mrs. Jane Smith.” “This page donated by the Jones Family.” When filling out this form: - Please enter "N/A" in the required "Business Name" field, as this sponsorship is reserved for individuals - Enter your message in the Special Requests field.

The Fair is a family-friendly fundraising event benefiting the historic preservation efforts of the Waterford Foundation. The Foundation reserves the right to reject messages that do not align with our mission, vision, or family-friendly atmosphere. No political messages will be accepted. This is a rain-or-shine event; all sponsorship payments are final and non-refundable. Submission of payment constitutes permission for the Waterford Foundation to utilize your supplied text.
