Participation is required for all three event days.

The specific load-in window, assigned placement, parking information, and onsite instructions will be provided prior to the event through Foodees Fest and the official Vendors & Sponsors group.

 

Plugged In Charging will provide a guest cell phone charging activation at Jacksonville Foodees Fest.

The primary activation will operate within an approximately 10x10 footprint and is expected to include:

• One 43-inch portable charging station where guests can rent a power bank and take it with them throughout the festival
• Two high-top charging tables where guests can stop, eat, relax, and charge their devices
• Plugged In Charging branding and informational materials within the approved activation space

Guests using the portable charging station will be able to rent a power bank, carry it with them while attending the festival, and return it when finished.

Foodees Fest may also approve one satellite charging station at a second location within the festival. The satellite location is optional and will be determined based on the final event layout, traffic flow, available space, power requirements, and operational needs.

Plugged In Charging will be responsible for delivery, setup, operation, maintenance, battery management, support, and removal of all charging equipment.

The Jacksonville activation will serve as an initial Foodees Fest market activation, with the potential for expansion into additional 2027 Foodees Fest locations based on performance and mutual agreement.

Terms & Conditions

Plugged In Charging is approved for one primary activation space of approximately 10x10. Final placement will be determined by Foodees Fest based on the final event layout, guest traffic, emergency access, fire lanes, venue requirements, and operational needs.
The approved primary activation may include one 43-inch charging station and two high-top charging tables.
Any satellite charging station requires prior approval from Foodees Fest. Final placement of a satellite unit is not guaranteed and will depend on available space and the final event layout.
Foodees Fest does not provide electrical power. Plugged In Charging must be completely self-sufficient and provide all equipment necessary to operate the activation.
The primary activation may utilize a quiet generator operating at 70 dB or below. If an approved satellite station requires separate power, Plugged In Charging is responsible for providing an additional compliant power source.
Plugged In Charging is responsible for all generators, fuel, extension cords, cable covers, charging equipment, tables, signage, installation materials, and other equipment required for the activation.
All electrical cords and equipment must be installed and secured in a manner that does not create a trip hazard or interfere with pedestrian traffic, vendor operations, emergency access, or public safety.
Plugged In Charging is responsible for delivery, setup, staffing, maintenance, battery management, guest support, equipment security, and removal of its activation.
Plugged In Charging must maintain appropriate liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance showing at least $1,000,000 in general liability coverage and naming Foodees Fest as additionally insured when requested.
The activation must remain professional, family-friendly, clean, and operational throughout the festival.
Plugged In Charging must comply with all Foodees Fest, venue, fire marshal, safety, and local regulatory requirements applicable to its equipment and operation.
Plugged In Charging must provide its logo and requested marketing graphics to Foodees Fest for approved promotional use.
Participation is required for all three festival days. Early breakdown or departure is not permitted without prior approval from Foodees Fest.
Final load-in instructions, placement, parking information, site maps, and event-specific operational information will be released prior to the event.
Plugged In Charging must join and monitor the official Foodees Vendors & Sponsors Facebook group, where event-specific updates, load-in information, layouts, compliance reminders, and onsite instructions are communicated.
Foodees Fest reserves the right to adjust the activation's placement or configuration when necessary for safety, venue requirements, guest flow, or festival operations.
Any additional equipment, signage, activation elements, or changes to the approved setup must receive prior approval from Foodees Fest.
